INNORI ——以祈禱的心，以母親為名的餐廳。
INNORI
nori，來自泰雅語 innori，意為「禱告」，也是阪治 yaya 的名字。
nori 出生於宜蘭寒溪，因居住環境不同，當年隻身嫁到烏來，
與丈夫在陡峭的崖邊、高聳的大樹間採集。
雖然並不擅長，也曾感到害怕，但身為堅毅的泰雅女性，她憑藉咬牙不服輸的精神，
以堅強的微笑向上帝禱告。
坐落於新北烏來的《雨籟樟樹小森林》，INNORI 因諾莉餐廳以四季更迭為靈感，
將在地自然風味融入創意料理。無論晨光灑落或午後微風輕拂，
這裡的每一刻都能讓味蕾與心靈感受雙重滿足。

We also conduct inspections and take necessary measures in accordance with the latest announcements from regulatory authorities. Our group has proactively compiled information on the edible oils currently used across all brands to ensure full transparency for consumers.
